Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (within the United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking information, feel free to contact us.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Furrenna Pets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears delayed or lost, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Furrenna Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.
